《 DESPAIR & MASTERMIND AU 》

Basically, here's the catch: the world as you know it is in complete disarray. Buildings are ruined, people are dead, and a lot of people have fallen into ultimate despair. The cause of all of this? Super High School Level Despair. And the mastermind behind it all? Well, we'll let you have three guesses.

That's right, ladies and gentlemen, your Hope's Peak Academy Headmaster is currently Himeko Inaba, beautifully clad in a rather fashionable outfit - though the pants are black instead of beige. And she's even wearing a necklace that doesn't seem to fit her black and white image.

You better prepare yourselves, because this new queen isn't going down without a fight. Not after having received power like no other.

「 scenarios 」

A.

[After the normal morning announcements, whether it be in Hope's Peak Academy or anywhere else, people will hear the loud roaring sound of Monobear's laughter going:]

Upupupu! Things have gotten so goddamn boring, so there will be a mandatory meeting in the AV room! Anyone who doesn't show up will receive the ultimate punishment: of death! If you don't show up twenty minutes after this announcement, that is. Tick tock, time is a wasting!

[And for those in meeting in the AV room, people might notice that not everyone is here. Besides those who have died, one Inaba Himeko has gone missing. For a moment or two before a grand stage appears, along with a royal chair meant for a queen, along with the girl holding a Monobear doll, wearing a long sleeved white top and a black skirt and boots along with two hair pins that seem to represent a white and black Monobear before she speaks up in a serious tone:]

Listen up, you bastards! I'm completely sick of this "hope" you guys keep rambling about this whole entire time, so I've decided to up the ante of this game of mutual killing a little more by revealing myself - I'm your Headmaster, you fools, and you better not forget it!

[And just as she says that, she quickly takes out her electronic ID and changes the wording of the rule to implement that she indeed is the Headmaster and the mastermind behind this whole nefarious plot.]

What else is there to say, though... Hm, I guess I'll make this a bit more fun. ♪ Today, I've prepared a wonderful motive for you all! I'll be sticking around to watch your reactions, but if you try anything, I won't hesitate to end you.

[She'll send the Monobears on over, giving each and every single student a tape. What's on that tape, you ask? The truth about the world outside. The despairing part, at least.]

And if you have any questions, I might answer them if I'm bored enough. Otherwise, have fun! Kukuku...

[You're at the school trial; the final one. Inaba's already revealed herself to be the mastermind behind the whole school life of mutual killing with a huge grin on her lips; she seems rather pleased with herself, but at the same time, there's a deep coldness in her eyes as she claps her hands nonchalantly.

There's something different about the trial room than it was before, however - Inaba's sitting at the podium with a fully automated Monobear right next to her, legs crossed as she sits perfectly straight.

And instead of the normal seats, everyone get to have a nice school desk to sit in, perfectly fitted for each and every member.]

Kukuku~ Welcome to the finale, everyone! I do so hope you enjoyed the show, but we're going to end it right here, right now. I think this will make things a little more interesting, don't you? So we're going to play a few games. If your side wins more games than mine, then I'll receive the ultimate despairing punishment. And if I do, you'll be the ones receiving it, got it?

And no breaking the rules, okay?

[Outside of the walls of Hope's Peak Academy, there is one Inaba Himeko, she's getting rather bored. She's tired of all this madness, but it's not as if she plans on stopping it. Seeing this people in such despair gets her off, and it makes her definitely excited. Every now and again, she decides to mess with a few people, deciding to watch them further get into despair as she uses her newfound powers on them.

And then she laughs.

And laughs some more.]
